Vipre Antivirus offers antivirus protection and malware removal for Windows systems. It’s one of the few programs on the market that allow an unlimited number of installations when you're purchasing a 1-year subscription. It has all the necessary tools to detect, block and remove any threats in real time without slowing down the computer.

Thanks to its redesign, it got itself a place among the top antivirus software products on the market. Even though this is the basic version, it works in the background quietly, it prevents and blocks threats while you're browsing the Internet, it removes any malware found on external drives, and stops spyware and other malicious processes.

One of its great features is the email virus protection, which has support for Outlook, Windows Mail, and all other email clients that use POP3/ SMTP protocols, like Mozilla Thunderbird or IncrediMail.

On the downside, updating the included virus definitions has to be done manually, which is rather strange. But other than that, VIPRE works perfectly, running even faster than McAfee otr Norton antivirus.
